Strange post-flop action: was villain bluffing? Strange post-flop action: was villain bluffing?

No reads on villain except his HUD stats that are suffering from a small sample size. However his stats seem to be nothing out of the ordinary.

My thoughts on the hand:
Villain potentially has a wide range calling my CO-raise from the BB. The flop is a dry one which makes his check-raise quite peculiar. I think QQ+ would 3-bet pre, therefore I exclude any overpairs or a flopped top set. Although 33 and 66 (and possibly Q3s/Q6s but probably not) are in his range you would think he would opt to slow play these hands due to the nature of the flop. I can see him check-raising bottom two pair but I doubt whether 36 is in his range. To me this seems like the villain is making a move to take down the pot there and then as he knows that this is a flop I will c-bet every time.

Checking the turn makes no sense if he raised the flop for value. Once he checks, the turn will go check check more often that not and he misses out on value that he would otherwise get had he just bet.

When he shoves the river thereby making a sizeable overbet, I fold. The fear of being left with 10bb all because of a top pair got the best of me.

What do you think of the way I played this hand? How is my bet-sizing on the flop? Was I correct to check back the turn? Should I have called the river?
Please let me know what you think. All replies are greatly appreciated!

I think flop cbet is ok. You could bet smaller[33%] because its pretty dry board. Its standart to check back the turn after he 3bets you on flop. On the river i dont think he would go all in with complete air so i would fold.
