Hello all, I am new to studying mtts always been a cash game grinder in the past. I have started at tournies ranging from $3-$11 to start of with and I do not seem to be doing so well, I know a big part of that is variance but I just wondered if anyone had any quick tips just looking at my stats if am doing anything glaringly obvious that is wrong. I dont really understand hem 2 beyond the basics. I dont have any poker friends so only learn from reading, playing and watching.

Thanks I really appreciate any help

(I have only used the last 100 hours because my database is really ****ed up and thinks I have had big scores when I havent)

There was meant to be 2 images but i dont know how to do it

Don't bother with $EV stats as those are entirely meaningless, partly beacuse you dont have complete HHs to calculate $EV from but also the program itself doing a lot of wrong imports (especially psKO tournaments). You should always look for cEV stats only when reviewing

Hi,

Does this mean that I have a very big leak on the positions SB and BB?

Thanks

think about what the numbers mean dude.

every 100 hands that are you in the bb, you are losing 49.56 blinds. if you had folded every single time you would be losing 100 blinds/100.

every 100 hands that you are in the sb, you are losing 16.30 blinds. f you had folded every single time you would be losing 50 blinds/100.

so if your bb/100 is lower than -100/100 from the bb or -50/100 from the sb then you have problems. the closer you can get those numbers to positive the better.
