I understand the low c-bet, but what about the turn? Villain will most likely call 2300 if he's calling your bet.

As played I call. Your line looks pretty weak on both streets and I doubt there's any 5x(other than 55) in his range. Maybe he slowplayed TT or called one street off with 66 because of your weak c-bet, but I think pot odds are too good here.

dont you think my hand is face up if i bomb turn after the low cbet??
he has to put me at least on AQ if i bet ~2.2k

I think you call. every now and then you'll run into a set (rivered boat), but you'll see a lot of KQ QJ hands here in the $4 180's.

Is he a good player? If so then I don't mind your bet. It's just there's so many droolers in these games, that even if you did turn your hand face up they couldn't look past the 2 cards sitting in front of them.

Up the bets a little , at least the turn, but if you call river then you did a good line

River is actually v good for you as it barely ever helps villian, and helps your by counterfeiting any other better double pair he could have

Well then I doubt 66 is either. So anything but a pumpfist call on the river is bad considering he probably puts you on air and is value betting his AT/KQ or possibly bluffing once in a while.

You can still probably bet a hair more on the turn though without turning your hand face up. Less than the 2300 I suggested and maybe like 1900.
