I think I would raise more on the flop, let him
know he's playing for his stack if he wants to continue - I guess you've got the cut-off behind but he would need to be super strong to put any more chips
in.

Disagree, raise size is spot on, would rather him think we might not be playing for stacks and let him spaz shove something thinking he has FE.

As played put him allin on turn >>> anything else.
