right or wrong if I make a well deserved spit call the results don't bother me much...so +life EV

and I got to make this cool post

Allow me to refer you to a little thing I wrote in my 45 man turbo guide *before* I read the deeb post. I think it might be applicable to the current situation:

"It's hard to let go of QQ after an A flops. But, generally, somebody has the Ace. If you raised preflop, go ahead and fire a c-bet into two villains, but give up if they raise or call. Don't fire into more than two villains, I promise that one of them has an Ace. One of the fundamental facts about the crappy players at these tournaments is that they always keep every ace."

there is however a vast difference when you are heads up and there are 2 aces on the flop...

the 10x pot shove is a strong and clearly underused move since it has our heads spinning.

I fold cause I am a nutpeddler.

I actually think the A is a special case for this reason: People think aces are magic. If the flop comes 2JJ, there's a pretty good chance that somebody threw away J4o. NOBODY (except us smart dudes) throws away aces. Ever. Ever ever. If one got dealt, it's sitting in somebody's donkish little hands waiting to bust you.

So, even though the paired A on the flop reduces the odds of an A getting dealt, you can be rest assured that if it did get dealt, somebody kept it even if you raised.

I had a friend that justified playing A-rag for the same reason that one could justify calling here. He reasoned that if he had an A, and there was an A on the board, the odds of somebody else having an A were poor. Note that the math in that situation is identical to the math here -- Two Aces accounted for.

Snapfold. Yeah, it's dumb to do this with an A or 55, but it's even dumber to do it without it. And I'm sure there will be people out there who might be worried that I'm saying fold due to my worshipping shaundeeb, so I'm posting this hand from deep in last week's Sunday 500 to alleviate your concerns:

When you do get it in in this spot and villian flips over JJ or TT it can be VERY +LEV and +FUEV.

I actually think villain shows up with pocket pairs that we beat quite a bit... given his limp, call, and the flop texture, I wouldn't be surprised to see overpairs to the 5, something like 66-88. The massive over-bet is bizarre. There are 2 aces on the board, and villain could have trips... but not often enough to compel a fold.

Villain would have re-raised me pre-flop with AK (and wouldn't have limped), so AK is quite unlikely. And he is very unlikely to have AQ (probably wouldn't have limped, and would have also re-raised pre-flop, and we can also account for 2 Qs and 2 As making the odds of him holding AQ super small). AJ and AT are also unlikely since villain should be open-raising these hands if he's going to play them at all. And open limping A-rag is just pretty terrible.

If he does have A-x, and is shoving, he's making a terrible and bizarre play that's not likely to win many chips, but will often lose many chips. AK and AQ are certainly part of your range, so you would be crushing A-x; and you won't pay off an A-x hand if you don't have a premium pair or didn't connect with the flop.

But you do have a premium pair, villain's bet makes no sense (if he has an ace or 55, it's a truly bizarre bet), and, except for the aces, the flop isn't that scary. Call, villain has 66, easy game.
trying to find this players range prolly isnt going to work because from his flop bet he is totally donklogical.... as prolly is most things he does.. fold here, wait for a better spot if you see him getting out of line then RAM IT IN HIS BUTTHOE
