Ugly hand, pretty unsure how to proceed. Presumably you have the best hand, as it's unlikely people have straights and sets without raising turn, also 5s seem unlikely. Shove and hope to be called by strong Js

I'm folding flop, there are practically no good turn cards and he potted it in a multi-way pot. We got one of the better turn cards for our hand, and still have no idea where we are at.

As played, shove river. Flush draws missed, KQ likely raises turn, JT is possible but I doubt villain is folding any of his TP hands on the river.

This is going to be a dumb question, but I'm fairly new to HEM (always used PT)...how do you grab a hand to post like the OP?

BTW...since I asked a stupid question in your thread OP, this pretty much sums up my advice here...gonna be hard to find any turn that doesn't have you either folding or biting nails. Know when to fold 'em, bro.

However, since all of us are guilty of doing what you did on the flop from time to time, it pays to discuss what to do with the hand as played.

Looks like the pot is about T3000 on the river and would sure be a nice addition to your stack. If you think noone will spaz reraise with a worse hand or that noone in the pot will attempt a bluff raise, it is probably best to make some type of defining bet...say T1500 and be done with it if someone raises. You should only do this if you feel that you have reads and have done your homework on your opponents.

That said, if the river action is unpredictable, this is a good spot to catch someone that gets greedy. If someone makes a huge bet, you're probably going to have to fold.
