Is this small bet useless? If I'm going to bet in this situation is a bigger bet required? What's the standard line?

I don't know what you're trying to accomplish with a minbet into 3 opponent (not 2 likr your title says afaik). Standard is to c/f afaik

c/f. Yes the small bet is useless. If you had a good hand i'd lead for 90, but in the early stages I'm fine just losing my BB.
