sngs-what am i doing wrong sngs-what am i doing wrong

recently started playing full time online poker. making a killing from tourneys but when it comes to sngs i just can't win. i was wondering if you have any advice to basic errors made playing them etc.

below i have included my graph so far

i started 3 weeks ago so all results are 3 weeks old

average stake is $31

any advice is appreciated

Some hands would be helpful

Other than that, get yourself the Moshman and/or the Shaw.

how can we say what you are doing wrong... you aren't giving us much to work with.

For what it's worth though a 30 buy in downswing can happen to even winning players. your sample size really isn't even that big.

1) 900 games is nothing.

Too bad about the bad run. Nobody can tell you anything from a graph, especially only 900 games. You will get much better advice posting hands.

I don't know how much you have studied STTs, but they are very unlike larger tourneys, and you cannot play them the same.

If you don't know about the ICM and tools for analysis like SNGWiz/SNGPT, then you need to learn this. You will find information on this, as well as general posting guidelines, in the FAQ and Basic Tools threads at the top of the forum.
