I def bet all my pocket pairs on this spot, and some suited connectors as bluffs. On the one hand It's actually my best A high on this spot, I have showdown value and I can choose worse A high as bets. One the other hand, given the action I am very likely to be ahead, and bet can be a good option to deny their equity. check or bet?

I see no reason to bet and I don't think you're necessarily in the lead either. I think CO should be checking this spot with most of his range especially big pairs.
