Is it best to limp, shove or fold here? BB is probably a tight guy.

Meh, it depends on how clear your read is on his tightness. With 8bb he should be calling pretty widely and the damage to your stack by losing is way worse than the benefit of picking up the extra chips. If you're confident he's folding often, then shove; otherwise just fold. Never limp there.
