I'm a cash game player and suck at tourneys, 3 tables left in tourney, Villain has been laggy over small sample. Should I just wait for a better spot since I'm still in ok shape?

bad spot I would be doing this with hands like AQ+ and 10s+ I think? idk man I don't play in 200 dollar buyins. I think its spewy

I don't know if it's spewy.
I would think the two questions you have to ask are..
Has he folded to a reraise before?
If yes is the answer, How much to raise?
It is MP2 so his range is probally wide, but all in, I do agree with mancougar about the range.
If you want to resteal then maybe a bet of around 40,000 will fold steal hand and allow you to get away if from it if he has a real hand.

you can't or at least you absolutely shouldn't raise fold 16bb's effective, like you can do anything when you are randomly clicking buttons but this is just bad

Against a good player this is a snap fold but if he has been raising liberally with a 15bb stack and you know he is pretty wide then I like the shove.

TT+,AQ+ is way way way too tight

i think shoving is fine vs a guy opening a ton
