Has any1 received any form of compensation for the amount of issues we all have been receiving on stars over the last few months? I have personally only been marginally affected and it has probably cost me personally 500-1k in equity. I know of a handful of others who have had HUGE issues over the last few months and have been directly lied to many times by stars and have received no compensation.

What gives Bryan?


I do realize that paying back players individually would be very difficult to calculate. At the very least give us like a 500k-1mil freeroll as an apology for shafting us so hard.

A public apology for misleading players would be great as well.

Edit: Ridiculous amount of lag, causing players to miss either a few hands, or to even be frozen and locked out of the site for lengths of time ranging from 30 seconds to 30min. This all started with the implementation of the auto updating prizepools, and when they finally listened to players about removing them, the issues went away mostly. But they recently re-applied them and now the issues are back.

During the lag other sites have been experiencing problems as well (I have a confirmation bout this from others too), so seems to have been something bigger than just Stars ****ting around.

There's been problems with ipoker but there is 0 reason to think there's any connection.

AFAIK, (and I play on these sites a few times/week) there's been no unusual issues with ongame, party, micro or pacific.

The LAG I have experienced over the past few months has been rediculous and equates to at least 5k in equity for me. They've responded to me by saying something like If I want a review for a refund I have to sit out of my tournaments. Really? Maybe Ill get my money back if I sit out of my session... and when this was happening everyday Im supposed 2 do what?

Would like to see this email(s) from stars if you don't mind posting it. Sounds absurd and wrong for that to be their way of handling this. It has been super frustrating almost to the point I don't feel like grinding some days, knowing at some point the lag will tilt me.
