Range to open shove with?

Hello,
Im usually in beginners forum but in a post previously I was directed here so I will ask here...
At what point is it proper to open shove and with what range? For example...lets say I get AA KK QQ with say 26bb's a bet to 2.5x or 3x? I can imagine that it is relative to position so how does that figure in?
Also what about lighter hands like mid pp's or AJ or AQo
help needed...Im running at times deep into tournaments but im not making it to the FT and im hoping to get some help here...
also similiar question with an early raiser or limper...thanks
