So I sat down at my table for event #8 moments before the tourney was set to start and was sitting in between two older guys who immediately started talking about how they traveled here together from North Carolina. Well one of the guys calls the floor over and asks for a table change since his buddy is at the same table. Floor steps away and gets on his walkie-talkie for a minute, then steps over and brings the guy a new seat card. It just so happened that David Williams filled the seat that would have been on his immediate left.

I was shocked that they allowed this but I don't play a ton of live pokers so didn't know if this was standard or not.

The non-standard part is the fact that the Rio is too lazy/incompetent to actually do random seating. "Oh, you guys regged together, why don't you take seats 7 and 8!"

Here's another parking question. I used to park in the Carnival garage, walk across the street to the left, and enter the doors where some dealers (smoke) break. A couple nights ago I was walking back to my car to find that there is now a gate in my way. I could of course hop the gate, but I don't want to bother getting yelled at if security sees me.

What's do?

The gate is only locked up at night because I obviously have no problems getting in that way during the day. Don't tell me I have to roll up to the convention center valet like everyone else.

They are always sugar free. Haven't had a single regular soda/ energy drink in at least 10 months.

Anyone want to play some tennis tomorrow afternoon? I'm at Panorama, not sure what the closest place to play is, but if it's decent out it'd be good to get outside and hit a bit. I'm probably a 4 or so, so if you're really sick it probably wouldn't be that much fun for either of us, but otherwise lemme know.
