Hi there,

looking to stake my mate in a £200+20 GUKPT side event, but cant decide whats fair to us both. There is also a seat in the champions of champions event.

does me paying £110 for 40% equity seem fair? which would obv roll over to the CoC event if he manages to luckbox it...

If he's a really good friend of yours, you should get 50% for your ₤110 imo ...

But 40% seems fine, too ...

If you aren't capable of estimating your friend's ROI or edge in the tournament, and then arriving at a percentage/markup based on that, then you should reconsider staking him in the first place.

This holds true for the dozens of similar threads I see.

I've backed £220 for 100% of myself in the same tournament so work with those numbers if you want.
