I just think that if we just continually allow him to chip up while we back down from marginally +EV spots, its just as bad. The downside in both options seems about equal to me. I would just go with whatever decision we think is right (call IMO) and disregard this.

We don't need to go over what we think czar's range is here but if he's shoving 20%, we do have the correct equity to call cEV wise. Certainly seems reasonable to call and I feel like this is the spot I used to pass up, then started taking when I moved up, and now that I've been playing lower again I would pass...not sure what that means.

it means that players at ~$10 dont 3betshove light enough in these spots to r/c here without a specific read
