question about WSOPME on fulltilt

I'm 100% pokerstars. In pokerstars, when you win any WSOP Main Event seat, you're sent cash. They don't buy you into an event.
Is it the same in fulltilt. What I'm planning to do is to bankroll an underage person in fulltilt satellites to the main event. I'm strictly playing at the Rio and partly at stars. I'm essential outsourcing my buying into the main event thru fulltilt thru this guy and his account.
So, is fulltilt like stars in that it gives out cash instead of buying in the winner directly at the rio?
And how about the extra package that comes from wearing fulltilt clothes? Are those given in cash too?
