So I've been told this is a very odd situation, but it's worked out pretty well for me. Reading the other threads about backing and makeup etc got me curious.

Would you rather have a deal where you're 50/50 with makeup, etc etc or would you rather have something along the lines of never being in makeup, and half the money put up is yours? Say, in the 2nd instance, you have a 20k bankroll, and 10k of it is your money and 10k is what another person contributes. No possible makeup, wins are 50/50 and loss is what it is. Just curious due to the threads as of late.

well you are splitting half the profits anyway, one way you are risking 10k and can run out

1/2 backing deals are dumb unless its for a specific series or something imo.
