If you play against a multi tabler you will have great opportunities to get out of hands where you are an underdog and into hands where you are ahead. Most people miss this aspect of the game when they are chasing a bonus, rake back or some other strange aspect of the meta game that really have nothing to do with the game as such.
Dude wtf are you even talking about? Please do yourself a favor and stop posting in the strategy forums. A vast majority of your posts are complete nonsense and only serve to confuse the people who need help.
OP, I haven't played many 2.20's, but the 12's probably don't play much different. The average skill level is still extremely poor and there is plenty of room for profit. Just make sure your bankroll can handle large swings (>100 buyins) and don't get discouraged with daily results. As you mentioned, you will need to keep your eyes open for the regs who are shoving wide in position and adjust accordingly. In general though, a turbo 180 is a turbo 180 and I wouldn't worry too much about making huge adjustments. Just get in volume and you will make monies.
