Are there any programs available that can be used to scan all the players registered in a tournament (through a database of opr, for example) that allow you to see how many winning vs. losing players there are?

If not, what tournaments run on pokerstars that are the best value ranging for $3-100 buy ins

How is this difficult, lower buyin = worse players more players in a tourney = worse players, find low buyin large fields or higher buyin huge fields.......

Write your own program. Here's the flowchart :

Q. Is this like the $1K on Pokerstars or something like that ?

If answer is No, then the tournament is full of donks.

I'm a professional software engineer and that will be $500, thank you.
