BB plays 42vpip and 0 pfr over a large sample, I play with him regularly. He very often donks with any piece of the board, sometimes with total air. He is not extremely aggro though. What do you think of just calling his donk lead rather than raising it? This is still the re-buy period. As played, do we call his shove?

I think I call here vs random V as well as described V. This is a good board for V to donk, as he will have many more 45 and 2 pair hands -- you could have the suited 45, but he'll have them all. He will also have many more pair and draw hands (like 56, 46), but it's unlikley you get a fold from one of those hands this deep if you raise for protection -- and you definitely don't want to build a big pot where the IP player has the nut advantage playing 70 or so BBs eff.

As played, it kinda sucks. But sigh call given all the circumstances here.

I agree with calling the donk lead, but I’m not raising flop (without a precise read on donking range) and certainly not calling off. Prob not even calling the click back 3! If he has A4ss and does this then gl to him. You’ll see 45o and 22 33 far more often.

Huge nut advantage to BB, and unblocking Qsxs just isn’t enough.

I agree with the comments so far. I would also add that with your acknowledgement of the v not being an aggro that this also screams a huge hand. With their nut advantage, I think this is a fold.

I actually like the flop raise, if villain is donking any one pair hand and air like you described, I don't think it makes sense to just call the draw heavy flop.

After the 3bet it's a tough spot with the great odds you are getting. Not sure...some fish could overplay the random A6.

Turn I'm definitely folding when even 6x is ahead now.

I like raising the flop - keeps our range wider than just calling and we can build a pot. With that said when he reraises I'm very concerned and might just fold to it - you can call but you'll find yourself folding a high % of turns as I'm sure he bets at an extremely high frequency.
