im playing the 3.50s 9 man in stars and i have trouble in some spots where i have 13-15 bbs with a small pair or broadway cards, agaisnt randoms should i be pushing 22+ qjs a2+ k10+ with 13 bbs? (50 100, 75 150) from mp2, hj cutoff and button i feel like every time y open 2.5x somebody 3bet shove or flat and donks, and i ended up losing every pot when i dont hit

That sounds a little loose, and the Ax hands need to go. They really suck balls, especially against fish whose ranges contain a lot more dominating hands. You can probably push T9o before A2o.

22, KJo, A8o, J9s, A2s, T9s - hands like this will be very close to break even on the CO for 10BB. You want an edge of sorts so don't be pushing any of those into loose players.

Further back than that and you will end up something like 66+, ATo+ imo.

Edit: 10BB UTG is something like AQs+, AKo+, TT+

I know you asked about 13-15BB but once you have a few players to get through I really don't think you can get involved much wider.
