Just want to make sure this is not a donk push.
please inform me if it is. M=3.63, Blinds are so high, I thought this is standard
Please let me know if i should have waited for a better spot.

No way. You can only push this from the CO or BTN. I think I'd be around K9s.

I might loosen that a little because the two short stacks are on your right, but i wouldn't do k4o. Odds are you will pick up a better hand.
