This is a good spot to check behind rather than cbet. You have a gutshot and two overs, the flop hit their ranges. You don't want to be blasted off the hand and can easily call a bet from BTN if you check. If you don't hit on the turn, your flat call should slow him down a bit if he has a weak hand/air. If he doesn't slow down, check his range and bet size to decide between c/c to see a river or c/f to minimise damages.

I personally like to make a small cbet, because often after a raise players will fold to the cbet or just call, however if you check sometimes this opens players in better positions to betting when they have squat. Also if make a small a cbet many times players with the Q or AJ/KJ will 3bet and you don't get sucked into a losing hand if the A does hit, and playing for the straight IMO isn't smart, it's only 16% to hit.

You're OK against AJ/KJ if the A (or K) hits. All outs are clean. ~40% to hit by the river and a good chance that he'll check the turn without a Q or better.

As a general rule just don't cbet 4ways unless it's a really good situation.

Someone hits that Q or J like 95% of the time with 3 bheind so check/fold
