PS 30R facing 2x RR in 3b pot

I'm running 18/16 with 3b of 13
Villain is reg: 20/16/10 ; AF 4.8 over 307 hands. His fold to 3b is 55.
Hero 3b's light pre:
KT is not a hand I 3b every time, but sometimes I do and occasionally they flat with QT,JT,T9,T8. If you have a major problem with it, think of it as KQ.
I think villain can be light here, cause we missed a lot and even if we call this 3b, his 3b sized is small, so our calling range is wider and he has good stack to shove OTT.
To put it simple, I'm not sure how wide his raise is (so mb we should shove otf) and what he does OTT (so mb I can float flop and push ott if he checks).
What is your line here?
