Villain is 26/5 over 39 hands.

I was really tempted to just shove this PF, but given my position, I wasn't really sure if that was the wisest thing to do. PF shove or fold?

On flop I really wasn't sure what villain was getting at, I felt like this board hit a ton of villain's range so I was planning on c/fing. But after villain's min raise I really wasn't sure what to do. Shove and bluff? Or just fold it?

I usually raise call or fold depending on 3bettor. Shove is obv a ok. I think you should c/f or bet like 250 on the flop. I'd do the same generally with AA, JJ, AKdd too.
