You should probably get in the habit of posting stats/reads before talking about standard folds.

my first reaction is to 3bet to 6500. but if the CO shoves on you idk if you can fold at that point.

3bet >> flatting I think, the problem is we want to do one of a couple of things, either bet large enough that we discourage the CO from flatting or go really really small and hope that the shorty shoves thus squeezing the CO if he flats and the betting isn't closed because of an underraise.
