I forget to wrote that you have to write to support with the id of the tournaments where you were chip dawn and to ask for refund. After some time they will refund you if you are eligible for. Afaik they did not do that automatically.

Just funny how with the old Stars you always knew a fair resolution would come out of it. Now I fully expect them to just payout these lucky players because hey poker is a game of chance and they had the lucky servers ya know.

There will be new refunds soon, security stuff is working on correct payouts, thats the new info from PokerStars Support and also from Pro Streamer on Twitch.

If you're from Romania I'd expect them to take winnings out of your account.

If they're smart they're only going after the big winners. Not worth the negative customer experience of having taken winnings out of your account for a small amount.

Still ignoring my emails I see Amaya , this is what you do now? I have provided clear proof of my claim you left one player connected to take my 17k stack and you think I was still connected? It clearly says 8 players sitting out beside each of their names for almost 100 hands. This is dangerous precedence you are about to set by allowing this to happen ! What you do to correct this will be highly publicized. Are you going to go down that road ?

Alright so i got emails from tournaments where it got cancelled and it show what refund you get etc. However, there were 1 or 2 tournaments... where im positive i was still in it and i did not get an email on this with the refund. I then looked this tournament up and then had then report sent to me and it shows me getting xxx place and paid whatever amount it is. However, many players also got paid exactly the same amount as me. If thats the case, does that mean they did not refund this tournament correctly?


I know for certain 1 tournament that i was still in it and i did not get a refund email for that specific tournament. So did that mean they thought i was connected in that table or something? Also there were several tables where i was no longer sitting out, but either i could not click on anything or i could click on something but just once only etc. So im confused here. Is stars doing the refunds and icm at exactly when the disconnection started happening or not?


3outtrout, what do you mean by that? Whether you were sitting out or not, shouldn't everyone get the right amounts? However, what confuses me is why i did not get an email for one specific tournament where i know i was still in it etc.

You probably got blinded down and bustet - in this case u wouldnt get refunded at all

Yes based on what i saw from checking the results of that tournament, that is exactly what happened. So what happens here then? Because if we could get a list of tournaments where we didn't get that email for refund, then stars would then apply the right refunds?


Im positive one tournament i was playing i was still in it and then did not receive the refund email for that specific tournament. So how do they determine which one gets refund and which one didn't then? This is insane if true.

So here are the 2 possibilities

-You survived the hour where most of the pool was disconned and rum, bel, cz and bul wasnt (and steal blinds every hand) = got refunded based on the stack you had left AFTER this timeperiod
-You bustet befor the tournaments got paused and canceled = you didnt get refunded at all

both cases every disconned user got cheated out of money
