I think a 320 3 stack 6 max Omaha would see increased participation because of this format if the structure can be balanced.
From my interactions with Luke, he sounded like he was open to changing the structure/format of the Omanias. The 6-max 3-stack was his experiment. I'm sure he'd value your opinions as he didn't play a lot of Omaha games when he was a player.
The 320s have exceeded his expectations so far and are unlikely to change in terms of format/structure. I've always expressed my distaste for re-entries and by having up to 3 re-entries at the highest stakes isn't healthy for the non-holdem games long-term.
