Full refund + bonus is the least people should be getting. As mentioned previously many people had great equity in tournaments and sngs before the freeze and returned to be busted or their equity dwindled into nothing.

Its not fair that many players have greatly benefited from this while other players will only get their tournament buy in back. ICM could be complicated so perhaps a large bonus could be the answer.

stars should give everyone who disconnected their ICM stack % when they died out.

players of course will think they are deserved more for skill factor but they shouldnt, coolers and suckouts DO happen they arent deserving more other thank their % by chipcount.

Not sure this would be a workable idea in practice. For a start they wouldn't be able to determine the skill of a player who'd only taken part in a few games on Stars, and even if someone's played 100 or so MTTs on the site, it's not enough to determine skill.

I also don't think it would be good for them to be email players who've been losing on the site to say their compensation has been reduced because they suck at poker :/

Anyway, from another thread it looks like Mement Mori got an ICM refund which is great for those of us in similar position.

is there really no statement until now? i am really curious how they will manage this issue. there is no way that i just accept the standard refunds as usual. i already sent an email and didnt receive any response yet. this is a completce farce and nothing else. FACK im out

i dont use an RSA token and was unable to log in. I was also playing a cash game which was unaffected so the error was clearly not on my end.

pokerstars is going out of there way to ignore that this happened and hope that people who deserve compensation don't realize it and contact them, @pokerstarsblog didn't even report the winners of the tainted WCOOP events. there should really be a lot more outrage over how pokerstars has conducted themselves with this whole thing. It's clear that they would be handling this better if they had a major competitor right now.

pokerstars went out of their way to help mement_mori for some good publicity but there are also scores of other people who have requested refunds and haven't been contacted yet

equal skills LOL. ok, but now i know that i get paid for the 1st place proportionately for every 180mans i played at that time (around 20), right? i think i have to calculate now the whole night then. i also asked why i was treated as allin at some tables with 15-20BB. was i flipping only antes there? do i really have to check every single HH there even if its their f***** fault?! people who don't complain get no compensation then? that is just ridiculous.

they even don't post on 2p2 anymore. i want a news pop-up which exactly tells me what happened. if we don't know who else should? i'm even not content anymore with those greasy refunds. i want at least double vpp.

believe me...if you cant play on Stars you cant play on any site.

Lets wait and see how they handle this situation.If they give everyone their ICM equity back there's no reason to complain imo and I really doubt they are planning to refund only Mement Mori.

They did say 72 hours and it has only been 42. I am still hopeful.
