I'm playing a $1.50 18 man, our table is 7 handed. The info I have on the villian is that he is pretty aggressive and has played alot of pots, however rarely 3 bets, my image is pretty tight on this table havent had alot of action. But, in these low stakes, does table image really have a big effect and is the player taking my early position into account??
Hero UTG : 2800
Villian BTN: 3200
I pull pocket 10c10d with the blinds at 50/100 and raise to 375 everyone folds to the BTN who 3 bets to 1000
When he does this, I was thinking of folding there and then, but I knew he had played alot of hands, so I called to re assess after the flop
The flop came: 5c3c3s pot of (2150)
What is my play here????

I doubt a guy in a 1.50 is polarizing, so calling doesn't really help you here. You'll face an overcard or more to your TT about 70% of the time on the flop and the times you don't face an overcard it's still not like you crush his stackoff range on low boards.
You are most likely pretty ****ed pre, even vs. someone who is aggressive TT just doesn't fare to great vs. a 3betvs.utg range (TT is almost like 22 in this spot). So, yeah, fold to the 3bet pre.
As played, check flop and call a shove i guess. shove turn if he checks back and it is a J or lower.
Also, open smaller pre. 250 to 300.

pretty much what ^he said ^^
bet smaller pre. i would fold pre too, cause his range is just to wide and just cause your low stakes dosen't mean to you can say for sure how bad he is. as played, check flop call a shove. then shove any turn exept A or K
