First of all, are we too thin to complete?

Are we betting the flop or checking and if we check do we c/r, c/c or c/f?

seems like all options are really close since we have no low draw and flush and straight draws are heavy in their limp range

both players are tight solid

I like checking and deciding based upon the action behind and I don't complete. Problem is we have a 1 way hand with 0 redraws on a board that we rarely scoop and are often drawing dead

Fold pre, horrible hand OOP. Don't bet flop, bottom set on a drawy board with no low draw for backup is asking for trouble in Omaha.
