Hi no reads, what are your plans on specific run outs, ie: folding if J - A peels etc. Would you ever raise flop?

I think you needed a better plan... maybe a bigger bet at the flop, or I am not really sure... but it seems like you didn't have a plan past the flop, maybe the turn... So I think in that spot you assume he has 88 to TT.

Looks like such a value bet, but yeah I probably sigh call, not liking it much though

This line just screams overpair to 77. And what bluffs does v have on turn, let alone river? We block straight draws. Any Jx combo got there. It's doubtful villain is taking the flop-turn line with a 4 or AK. That pretty much just leaves total airballs like KQ or T9.

Would fold turn and not worry too much about being exploited.

Looks very much like a block-bet on the river from him with something weak.
Call is alright, as we beat A4,33,55 + some A-high that have missed and could've taken the same line. You got like 68% equity against his range on the river and you only need 20% to break even.

I would've even shoved on him on the river to put him to a difficult decision, but we don't have any bluffs in this spot as the guy above me stated.

3! pre or raise the flop.

As played, I think calling down is the play to make with no read. In response to your question about the plan for J-A showing up (as on turn) I tend to worry less about Q, J than if an A or K shows up.
