DEFINITELY call her. Know exactly where you're going to go with her. Tell her what is going on. Not only does this exude confidence but she can say yes and you won't have some weird logistical misunderstanding. Also, def go somewhere with drinks. Perhaps a bar. Not a crap one, not an amazing one necessarily.

So:

call her
tell her a specific time/day/place
make sure place has drinks

A really loud rock show is fine - make sure she gets a couple drinks fairly quickly and ramp up physical closeness, etc. Make it easy for her to go back to your place "omg I have to show you the awesome pool/patio/hookah/carpet we hvae!"
