It'd be sooooooooooo sick if they show this on PPV. Maybe Ivey making the FT will make them do it since they should figure to make a lot more then previous FTs.

I'd prolly spend up to a grand to watch this bitch live on PPV.

The Jeff Schulman interview they just put up is soooooooooo brutal. I really hope this guy doesn't win. Not an ounce of personality to him and seems very weirdddd.

They had a very short bit yesterday evening on SportsCenter about Ivey. They showed some his WSOP stats and a couple video clips (with maniacal eye darting) and then went to SportsNation and asked the question; "Is winning the ME more luck or skill?". Colin Cowherd and the woman on the show (can't remember her name) both made good points about poker in general but not necessarily about 'winning the ME' and said it was about 9:1 skill:luck. Then they checked to see what percentages 'sportsnation' voted and it was 3:7 skill:luck.

He seemed okay to me. He's actually a grownup, you know. Plus, he realizes and admits he was hit by the deck. A refreshing change from the "I'm so awesome" attitude.

Michigan is a great place to be. I mean, take away from the cold winters and the horrible horrible economy now that the auto industry is in shambles, and it's sweet. Beautiful lakes, forests, plenty of acreage for anyone that wants to own more than just a house. Dedicated fans for every sport (including the Lions surprisingly).

With that said, I currently live in the middle of Los Angeles of course

But actually, I'd go back if I could get a decent comparable job there, and I know my wife absolutely hates it here and wants to go back /shrug

Well.. for the record, I got accepted to both schools. I grew up a HUUUUGGGEEE Michigan fan, going as far as attending several bowl games in the early 2000s when I lived in the Tampa area. With that said, Michigan State has the far superior Criminal Justice program and I elected to go there based on that. I wasn't disappointed, and as a result, I have a far better job now as a Polygraph Examiner than I more than likely ever would have if I went to Michigan, at half the cost

So, as far as rooting for teams is concerned, I root for both, although I have torn loyalties at times on who to cheer for.
