This morning my Jeep wouldn't start. It would turn over enough that I knew it wasn't the alternator, my lights and radio worked fine so it wasn't the battery, so what could the problem be? While trying to start my engine, if I pressed down on the gas my engine would run, but as soon as I let off the gas it would die again. I waited a few minutes, tried restarting again, yet this time I just revved the engine for a couple minutes and finally cut the power while I was revving. I immediately restarted and my engine came to life instantly, and since then my ignition is firing faster than it normally does, a CPU problem that was causing my overhead display to malfunction is now fixed, and my car just feels like it's running better. WTF?!
I was coming home from class today and when I pulled down my street I saw a brown 1980's Malibu stopped on the side of the street, engine running, windows down, occupied by four black males. It's the middle of the day which is pretty strange, but it was fairly obvious what was up. I slowly drove past the vehicle with no intention of pulling into my own driveway, and as soon as I passed the chevy came to life and began following me. I got out my cell and called the closest police station and asked them to send a patrol car over. I went to the end of my street, passing my house, hooked a right a drove around a few different streets for a few minutes. This ****ing chevy followed me the entire time. Tired of waiting for a cop, I finally decided to just leave my neighborhood and come back later. As I get to the end of a street to exit onto the main road, a minivan pulls onto said street, and the chevy makes a u-turn. ****. I turn around too, call the closest police station AGAIN, and tell them some lady is about to get attacked/robbed. The lady in the minivan drives down the street and pulls into her driveway with the chevy halfway down this street slowly approaching. I get up on the chevy's ass and flash my lights. The car pulls off to the side into the swell of this lady's yard, apparently waiting for the lady to exit. ****. I'm now pulled over into the swell as well and the minivan driver notices these 2 cars who just made U-turns and followed her to her driveway, so she smartens up and doesn't get out of her car. Suddenly 2 unmarked patrol cars come flying around the other end of the street and the chevy pulls out of the swell, pulls another U-ey and drives down the road. Both cops pull over the chevy, the lady stays in her minivan, and I drive home.'
When I get home I realize that when I finally got my car running, I immediately left and didn't notice I had left the front and back doors wide open
