I'm actually really looking forward to all the Weekly $82s this weekend. I plan to play almost all of them. Hopefully all their prizepools will be smashed and subsequently be able to be increased in the following weeks, we'll see. And I wanted to say thanks for increasing all their starting stacks to 5k.
"
Having a page for Weekly Champions, and some sort of leaderboard for the year is a much better idea to promote these games".
- Someone said this earlier in the thread, and I think it is a seriously great idea, which I would absolutely take part in, and I'm sure that others would too. And it would hopefully encourage people to venture into other games that they wouldn't normally play.
However (as many have already said), I still think that it's ridiculous for the big bet O8 tournaments to have been reduced, as well as for their guarantees to have been reduced with them. (It would benefit me for them to be $82 rather than $215, but even still I think that they should be $215 buyins.) And particularly it's ridiculous that the new weekly $82 NLO8 has such a small guarantee of $5k, yet just 45 minutes after it, there is the "Sunday" $82 NLO8 PKO, with a guarantee of $30k! Imo either keep the $82 Sunday, leaving it as 6-max and return the Weekly to $215, or just correspondingly increase the $82 Weekly's guarantee by a lot. I guarantee that it will smash the $5k this Sunday.
Also as O8 has been talked about so much lately, PLEASE add in a decent mid buy-in FLO8 tournament at some point during the week, preferably on an evening, and around the $27-$55 buyin level. The guarantee doesn't even have to be that big, just like $500-$1000. It's such a shame that there's just basically nothing above the $5 FLO8s.

Also I agree with this. It's really a shame that there is basically nothing during the week for either of those 3 formats above the micros, until the Weeklies. Yet 8-game and 2-7 TD low/mid-stakes cash is pretty popular. The daily $33 Horse is great, so something like that for these would be awesome, even if it wasn't every day. The nightly $109 Horse almost never gets many runners, so again I think a $27-$55 buyin would be optimal.
