About to go car shopping. I have 2 months left on a lease of a BMW 335xi, and despite sticking with the same car being extremely boring my inclination is to get another one, it's a phenomenal car.

Cars on my list to look at today: Mercedes C Class (wasn't yet redesigned when I got my car, but my expectations are low), Audi A4, Cadillac CTS, Hyundai Genesis (doubt it but you never know). Cars I've driven before that I don't think I'd get over the BMW but maybe are worth a 2nd look: Infiniti G35. Cars that I've driven before that I don't think are in the same universe: Acura TL, ???.

I need a 4-door sedan. My primary criteria is driving performance (and all these cars are pretty similar in terms of luxury/features anyway). Anyone have any relevant experiences/opinions?

genesis is bad ass if you can get over the fact that its a hyundai. the g35 is also wonderful. tbh youre going to love all the cars you mentioned. just make sure to give them all a fair chance and shop around before making any final decisions. gl

How the f did you get a speeding ticket in vegas?

out the back of the rio -> desert inn I allegedly went 50 in a 25 (although on the ticket it says "actual speed: 50, cited speed: 30" and he told me he was dropping it to 30 so I dunno wtf that means)

I'm 90% sure I was not going 50 until after I got on desert inn but whatever, cops gonna cop

i'm not sure if this is a level up from what you want, but i have a 2010 audi s4 and it drives amazing. i also test drove the new m3 and a c63 amg and thought the audi was the clear choice.

I had an A4 for about 5 years and really enjoyed it. It's not as powerful as most other cars in it's price class but the engine is a turbo and the car is fairly light so it can still be pretty quick

Spend 50k and get a CTS-V I'm too much of a power guy tho. so prolly not practical for you. Do you mean not from the same universe as in bad or good? I can see it both ways.

So they replace the $320 with the $109 Coop instead of the $109.
