Continental and flight delays can suck my balls, I'm delayed an hour and won't be in till probably 7:30 into Atlantis. It's also quite a distance to the welcome party from the cove, since I've been told it's in the grand ballroom?

Luckily there was a cleaning guy in the next room and he determined that the battery in the lock mechanism was dead, it wasn't a problem with the key. He called down to security, and I waited for 10 minutes in the hall before they showed up. The room is mediocre, it's not ZOMG this is a piece of **** I have to get out of here like the last one, but it's certainly not great, considering I'm paying $300/night.

Next problem, the first dog**** room had a refrigerator, this one does not. So I called to ask for a refrigerator for my prescription medications, they said they'd be happy to provide one for $15/day. I've stayed in dozens of hotels and have never, ever been charged for a refrigerator.

So my complaints in order:

1. The Coral villas are absolutely awful rooms and it's a disgrace that Stars would try to put anyone in one.

2. While I understand the need to have the same hotel rate for all satellite packages even though players are placed in rooms of varying quality (since it would be unwieldy to run different sats with different room rates), if you purchase a room directly (as I did), you should be charged in accordance with your room quality and if you get the worst tower, as I now have, you should be charged less than the average rate. I'm directly subsidizing people staying in nicer towers than me, which is bull****.

3. **** the Atlantis for charging $15/night for a refrigerator.

i think i've read this exact post by you before.

In Royal - West. Bit of a walk to the poker room but it works. Was in East last year which is a little closer but I like the Royal rooms.

Internet is working fine and seems decently fast but I haven't tried to play any poker on it yet.

After using the internet a bit more it does seem a little spotty at times.

I paid for just the hotel through stars, and they gave me an option as to where I wanted to stay. Each tower had different prices. Not sure how you booked yours, but I definitely had an option.

def crotch it from BC, the weed threat got from Bugga last year (the jet ski clerk) was far from desirable, much like the villa Todd Terry describes

but, threat did find
a very cool norweigan dude
who had the fire
columbian bam bam
and the atlantis promptly responded to warm plate requests

does anyone know how far of awalk the poker room is from coral?
