I dream about poker alot cos I think over hands to help me fall asleep

the one dream I always have is playing live and flopping a set and the river coming four flush or 4 to a straight w/e and I am always in postion trying to keep my straightest face hoping that its checked to me so I can showdown

When playing Super Turbo Rush MTTs, do you always quick fold?

BB is given to the played who has gone longest without playing a BB, is that in terms of # of hands or time?

Near/on the bubble, is it ever better to hit "sit out next hand" (that way you don't get moved to another table until the hand if over at the one you are on)?
