I am mostly posting this in the hopes that Kevmath will do that really cool things where he posts remaining table assignments. I looked around on Pokernews and for the life of me could not find it anywhere.

I am still in with 72k, and I know mlagoo, mattsuspect, pickytooth, and matt24 are as well. I went from 7k to 72k in the last two hours, including getting 23 BBs in with TT against JJ and spiking the T on the turn.

Ditto on the TID Paul

I had only seen the chip counts list on The Hendon Mob, and didn't really care to try to organize that into seat assignments. As Dunkman noted, Pokernews is usually good at getting it up at a decent hour.

Picky, suspect, and I all had breakfast before the event yesterday together. Pretty funny we all made Day 2. Matt did his "magic throw" of the credit cards and somehow I got stuck with the breakfast bill. LOL at dining with degenerates.

If chip counts are right, mlagoo CL with over 320k.

Quote:
Matthew Legarde is now your current chip leader with a little over 300,000. With a huge pot forming preflop, Legarde found himself reraising all in from the button with K-J, only to run into the small blind's pocket rockets.

A king on the flop gave Legarde a glimmer of hope, but that glimmer soon turned into a Luxor-esque beam of light as he made two pair on the river.

Appears this guy's in practice for the main event:

Quote:
When Dylan Bircheff responds to the conclusion of a hand, you're never sure whether he has won or lost, or even choppped!

As seems customary with any of his showdowns, Bircheff rises from his seat, walks around and shouts out random motivational phrases to himself.

As the final card is dealt, he positively erupts, shouting, punching the air and generally refusing to confine any tensions he may have.

His recent encounter followed a similar pattern, and again it wasn't until the hand was reported that we actually found out who'd won.

It was Tom Braband who was all in, his A-K looking to hit against Bircheff's nines. However, no ace or king emerged, the third nine on the turn of a 7-5-2-9-8 board giving Bircheff the set, the hand, and a notch on his poker bedpost.

Bircheff is now on 80,000.

Out in 29th. Shoved AQ with 9 BBs and ran it into AK.

Luckboxed my way there anyway, so not terribly disappointed.

Pretty sure mlagoo will win this.

Also that Bircheff guy is totally awesome:

Next hand, Rick Lenoble raises to 20,000 from mid position. Dylan Bircheff, on the big blind, sighs, "Come on, don't f*ck with my blind."

It folds around to him, and he folds too. Lenoble shows pocket eights. Bircheff puts his head in his hands and mutters, "I put you on that hand."
