It's pretty normal to request more time, and let them know you don't want to make the decision until you finish your interviews, that have already been scheduled.
And, it's perfectly fine to accept A and reject it, if you receive a better offer.
When I was in this situation, I informed A that I won't be making any decision until B is over. It reflects very poorly on A, if they don't give you time to decide.
