Stars and players signed up so far

Day 1A Players

Day 1B Players

With 1 more mega, 2 more supers, and single tables still running I expect to surpass last years number of 391.

Do Full Tilt qualifiers get cash if they win another seat in the satellites or do they have to sell them?

Another seat because FT qualifiers are considered satellite buy-ins. The purpose of running the megas and supers is to get more players in the main event and if we give cash it defeats the purpose of the satellite.

I do not feel the same way about all satellite I run around the world but at Bay 101 it works for us.

My flight lands at like 10:25 am on Monday morning. Planning on playing day 1a, see you there.

this (same southwest flight from vegas?), anyone knowledgable: how long is late registration open for 1a? is the play to go to the hotel, check in and dump bags, or head straight to the bay and stash my bags somewhere there? is there a bellhop?

I may take that same flight as well but have not decided on which day 1 to play... I read MAtt say they wouldn't shut anyone out on tuesday, how will that work?

You remember the tournament starts at 10:45, right?

There's no bellhop because it's not a hotel, it's a California cardroom. However, there is a coat check room that might be able to hold your bags for you.

BTW, Bay 101 has free wi-fi. I asked if playing online was allowed, and they said no. Guess it would've been better to ask forgiveness than ask permission. Unlikely they would know anyway...

If you want to get some additional live tourneys in on the day you are no playing (although I recommend checking out SF if you haven't been before) you can always hit up Garden City (about 5-10 minutes away) where they have a $530 tourney tomorrow (Sunday) and they have $100+20's freezeouts running Monday-Thurs. They usually shut their tourneys down during Shooting Stars but this year they are on and I'm going to guess you'll get about 60+ runners in each (there were over 80 today).

I took a couple shots this year and failed to get in but I'll play the part of railbird so good luck to all of you who are playing in the prelim and the main. I've been there for the past two years and it's always a lot of fun, just remember to be cool to the rail!

The first TD to allow online play during a live tourney will get a big kiss form me.

Yup, filled up plus 6 alternates. As of the first break Clayton was still in. Didn't recognize anyone else from the forum.

I most likely will have a table where I'll be setup to broadcast the featured table from. If you find me I'll try to stash your bags. Google me if you don't know what I look like.

Also, if anyone needs a deal on hotel rooms, PM me and I can help you out with Priceline. Two years ago I came to Bay 101 and found a nearby hotel for like $50/night. One of the nights I got the Doubletree.

What kind of broadcast will this be? Live audio stream, or what?

Does anyone know how the last chance satellites work? How many seats do they give away usually?

f me to tears, was chipleader in the 2k with like 65k at 250/500.

fast forward to 600/1200 and I get slowrolled AK<AA for 20bbs eff. to bust.

should have just walked away like the better man but had to leave with some not-so-nice words. I guess in the state of California I was overdue to get slowrolled by some old degen.

oh well, thanks Matt for helping get the TV changed from ESPN to the oscars I'm now enjoying the rest of it (WITH AUDIO!) eating chipotle. life is goooood.

Live video stream with live audio from the table. Sometimes we have live play-by-play, and we will most likely have play-by-play by Matt Savage on day 3 (Thursday).
