Directly, yes. There's actually a good chance that the police presence was funded from London tax revenue rather than the public purse, but I don't know / care enough to be certain of that. But of course any money the Royal Family spend comes from the Civil List, which is taken from public funds anyway.

Even so it seems unlikely that the net effect of today will have been a negative one for the UK economy once tourism and retail are considered. I'm utterly apathetic wrt the monarchy but the argument that it costs the country money seems spurious.

Anyway, how bout that Pippa Middleton? Doubt I'd ever get tired of smashing her back doors in.

At a ft and fired up my hem, had 15 hands on some reg and all of a sudden the hud changes the number of hands to 3, wtf?! Anyone know what the problem might be?
