Ok, so here, when i bet the flop, i thought for sure villian would raise if he had a 10. then when he bet a pretty small amount on the turn, i was even more sure he didnt have a ten. what do you guys think?

That's not the greatest board to cbet but I would in that spot too since our hand doesn't really have much showdown value. The turn is just yikes, I mean that guy just bet half his stack he's not folding and our hand is not good.

Just cut your losses and give up on that flop. As Dunkman said it's terrible for c-betting because it hits the main part of his calling range from the CO - just ask yourself what hands he could actually have that would fold here? And as played, when he raises you - even if he doesn't have a T (and why wouldn't he?) if he has some kind of draw you're still actually not very far ahead. So just let it go, you don't have to try and outplay your opponent every hand, especially not from OOP.
