Whats my play here on the flop? Do I assume 15 outs?

No, you don't assume 15 outs.

QK is a common limping hand at this level, so you might be limited to hearts. Bigger hearts are also a possibility.

As played, you fold. MP is pot committed, so are you willing to commit 75% of your stack on a non-nut draw?

I don't like the lead on the flop either. There are so many hands that could have limped in that you'd be behind. You need to keep this cheap as you have a decent stack at this point.

If I lead at this flop, I'm doing so with the intention of folding to resistance. I prefer checking and hoping to get a decent price to call. I'm not overly excited about this flop and want to approach it delicately.
