PSMJ,
Do you like, have to put on your cape when you answer these posts? Do you have a little red alert button like the mods do that tells you when you need to change poster names?
No - I just have Firefox logged in as "Josem" and MSIE logged in as PSMJ. Different colour schemes = minimising the chance of confusion.

This, by contrast, is entirely acceptable.
You are able to make a deal with another player which involves them paying you money upfront, and then you paying them a portion of the winnings. This is not unusual with high buyin tournaments.
However, I need to emphasise that if you make such a deal, that it can not and will not be enforced by PokerStars. There's certainly a risk in the trustworthiness of other players, so you need to be careful.
PokerStars requires that the person who's name is on the account is the person playing the account. What you do with your money is your own business.
