Villain was an unknown so no reads.

I was tempted to 4-bet shove , but I don't think flatting the 3-bet is horrible either since we'll be IP.

when V checks otf , it gave's away a lot about their hand , highly unlikely AK would be play liked this or any good ace like AQ or AJs. So when they check it seems as they are checking with some sorta medium pair like TT/JJ/ maybe even 9s which they could had 3-bet pre. Anyhow as u can see i decided to check it back because there's always a chance V has flopped a strong hand otf. when they lead small OTT they bet very weak LOL bet sizing , but still i decided to just call it down till the river to get too showdown for cheap. Some players tend to bet weak with strong hands , but i'm readless so i've got no idea what ther LOL betting pattern meant. But for most part i was very sure they had a marginal hand which i was ahead off . Would you ever consider raising OTT or OTR and if so would you R/F or R/C? also questioning did I lose value from my hand post?!

I probably 4B/call readless but since you flatted, what would you have done if they checked turn and river to you too? I tend to treat minbets like checks and raise to whatever I would've bet or call if I would've checked back.

flatting is fine. we will be IP and we are ~ 50BB deep.

min bets are weak a lot of the time. but some players like to do this with their monsters too.

obviously never folding to his min bets.

the only hand we beat is Jacks or bluffs, raising at any point after the flop is turning our hand into a bluff and we cannot stand a reraise. I would just call the min bets and get to showdown cheap.

Like i said i don't hate clicking it back either , I'd assume V's 3-bet range would mostly consist the top part of their range , like JJ+ and AKs , I think it's highly lunlikely they'll be 3-betting as a bluff. I've not seen V make any 3-bets previous to this hand , however i was sorta active...so for that reason they may very well 3-bet weaker hands like AQs or TT.

Yeah , like i said I was tempted to click it back , 4bet/c. Hero was sorta active as well , however I've not seen V make any 3-bets and I was pretty sure for them to 3-bet they'l do this with JJ+ AK, unlikely to be 3-bet bluff an UTG open. however they could quite posssibly 3-bet weaker hands like 99/TT/ and AQs , since i was kinda active.

@ RG - if V had checked ott i would of checked it down to get shown down. Although our hand is prob ahead of Villians range , if we bet and get raised ott we'll be put into a akward spot. At the same time I think it's unlikely that V would check twice OOP with a very strong hand.

I think you'll need more reads on V to consider raising ott or otr , for sure.

Not that I hate that idea , it's just I'm assuming Villians 3-bet is likely to be very narrow we can range him with hands like JJ+ and AK , and maybe AQs.

against that range if we GII , we are not in bad shape unless we face KK or AA obv

About 40% of my volume is on there, I think. 888 has good MTTs for my timezones night grinding

I think i know what your getting it, 888 fish are generally passive and are more likely to flat our 4 bet than jam with a mid pair/AJ. The point remains the same though. Just flatting loses value and can make post flop life difficult
