The person that experienced the bigger swing will require more, the one with few or the smaller sample size less. As we have 100 BI swingers that are likely to be winners, the 150 sayers shouldnt be too confident.

If the thought of things getting tight scares you, keep a bigger requirement, if not go ahead.

For me its most about comfort zone. I havent put in a sample size big enough so I just stick to some 250BI min. I want the likelihood of me losing half a roll to be small. Have to look at the bigger picture, ask yourself what a big loss would do to you vs. taking a smaller profit for more control.

Big hits to your roll will do great damage to your long term profits

You should definitely be able to not care AT ALL about taking a bad beat unless you're super deep in a tournament. (unless you're taking a rare shot i guess). I like the idea of 150 buy ins for you highest regular level, which will give you anywhere from 250-600 for the lowest level you play. Oh yeah, and win flips deep obv.
