I really don't have many reads on villain other than that.

This could be a oddly/badly played over pair, better and worse tens, and I guess a spazzy check raise with missed hearts or spades, but I think that's being optimistic...

After this hand I notice him playing really spazzy but I didn't know that at the time of this hand. In one spot he potted half his stack on the river and folded to a shove.

Unlikely to have 9T in this spot, also 9 5 is out of the question. Seriously have to put him on an overpair if anything here, I highly doubt he checks the river to you in this spot unless he has checkdown value i.e. Overpair, probably thought he had an amazing read that you were bluffing and starting spazzing buttons.
